The App Is Free
Amplify costs nothing and has no license keys or subscriptions. Any donations (for example, "buy me a coffee") are voluntary gifts of support and are not a purchase, and they don't entitle you to anything beyond the free app itself.
Personal Use
You're welcome to use Amplify on your own Macs. Please don't resell it, repackage it, or redistribute modified copies. Share the download link instead — we'd love that.
Provided "As Is"
Amplify is offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. It changes how your Mac handles audio, and while we've built it carefully and test it, you use it at your own discretion. To the extent allowed by law, OceanWithin Studio is not liable for any damages arising from its use. If it's not right for you, simply uninstall it.

New versions may add, change, or remove features. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will reflect any changes, and continued use means you accept the current version.
