Optional iCloud sync stores progress and settings only — never your document files.

Hear your documents in your own Apple Personal Voice — even from the lock screen.
Read2Me can use the Apple Personal Voice you create in iOS Settings. To keep your selected voice from being replaced by a fallback voice when the screen locks, Read2Me may prepare private on-device audio before lock-screen playback.

Your documents are not our data.
Read2Me does not require an account. It does not track what you read. It does not sell data. Text extraction, OCR, and reading happen on your device. Optional iCloud sync uses your private iCloud to keep progress and settings consistent, but your actual document files are not uploaded.
